How your donations are spent

We believe your donations are an Amanah (trust) and are therefore committed to ensuring we deliver your trust with sincerity and professionalism and we are also transparent and accountable in the way we do so. Our aim is to donate 100% of all donations towards their intended causes.

What are your admin costs?

Below are some of the approximate administration and operational costs:

  • ~£150 per annum – Virtual Office, a physical location is a requirement for all registered chariites
  • ~£250 per annum – Donation Software & Functionality
  • ~£500 per annum – Accountants, for filing accounts, auditing and Gift Aid recovery
  • ~£150 per annum – Website, domain, hosting and maintenance

Additional income generated is spent on:

  • Operational costs – this is kept to an absolute minimum
  • Fundraising & Marketing – to generate further income

How are admin costs covered?

The admin and operational costs are paid for via:
– Donations specified for administration
– Income from Gift Aid
– Donors selecting the fee recovery option

Any deficiencies will be met by the Founders and sponsors of the Sadaqah Jariyah Foundation.

We strongly recommend donors to Gift Aid their donations if they are able to do so.
